Managed Services
For those of you that want a full-service offering, we offer ComperCare, our managed services product. We provide 24x7 monitoring solution,
unlimited help desk and remote support, packaged onsite support, and many other features based on the
service plan you choose. In essence we become your outsourced IT department
with guaranteed response rates and guaranteed results.
Rollover Retainer
For those that want just support when needed but want the peace of mind of a contractual relationship, we offer our innovative Rollover Retainer. This
solution encompasses a set number of hours per month at a discounted rate, yet any unused hours can be rolled over to the following months. You get peace
of mind that the hours you purchase will always be available whenever you need it. No more "use it or lose it", just use it when you need it.
On-Call Support
For those that do not want to be tied down to a contract, we offer On-Call Support. Just pay our hourly rate whenever you need us. No contracts, no commitments,
just service when you need it. Schedule an appointment 24 hours or more in advance and we will charge our standard rate. Emergency rates apply for any service
