Steve Choy, President & CEO
Over the past 15 years, Steve Choy's networking and integration customers have included
major academic institutions such as UCLA, Columbia University, Virginia Tech, University
of Kentucky, UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, UC San Diego, and UC Long Beach. Steve has also
provided consulting services for industry powerhouses such as Coopers and Lybrand,
Price Waterhouse, DirecTV, Hughes Aviation, and Northrop Grumman Corporation. His
expertise in networking services continues to extend to both large and small businesses.
Prior to founding Comper IT, Choy was a Staff Engineer at Kelco, Division of Merck, where
he performed research in drilling fluid technology for the oil industry. He is an Microsoft
Certified Professional, and holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego.

John Moon, Business Development Manager
John Moon has more than 10 years of experience with information technology architecture and
application development. His knowledge of process workflow and dedication to client and
project management has guided top-tier companies to realize the full potential of information
technology. As an early advocate of browser based application technology, John has been cited
in the press and participates in summits and authoring boards of companies including
Adobe/Macromedia, Autodesk, and Microsoft.
John has been heading the Business Development Team for Comper IT for over two years. His
extenisve network of contacts within the industry has enabled us to tap some of the biggest
clients in the industry. John graduated from UCLA with a BS in Cognitive Science. Prior to
Comper IT, he founded several successful companies including Bayport Networks, Digital Builders
and 5Peg Security.
